Wang
Jiarui, head of the International Department of the Communist
Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with a Mongolian
People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP) delegation led by the
party's secretary-general S Bayar.
Wang said that China-Mongolia partnership boosted in recent
years by the joint efforts made by the two sides, highlighted
by intensified high-level exchanges, consolidated the
political mutual trust and expanded the economic and trade
cooperation.
"To promote ties with Mongolia is a longstanding policy of the
Chinese government and the CPC," Wang promised.
Wang also spoke positively on the role played by inter-party
exchanges between the CPC and the MPRP in pushing forward
bilateral relations, adding that the two parties should
further their friendship and step up cooperation.
Bayar said that the mutual visits between the two state heads
in recent years have set a clear direction for Mongolia-China
partnership, noting that the development of friendly ties with
China tops the Mongolian government's foreign policies.
"As the ruling party, the MPRP is willing to cement exchanges
and cooperation with the CPC and make new contributions to the
development of the bilateral relations", Bayar vowed.
Bayar stressed that the MPRP will adhere to the one-China
policy and support the reunification of China.
